Hi! I'm Janice, founder of Urban Ops, a strategic management firm built to help businesses scale with clarity, structure, and purpose. My career spans more than a decade across tech, marketing, healthcare, corporate events, and the non-profit sector, where I served as head of operations and guided companies through growth, transformation, and impact.

Through these experiences, I uncovered my passion for bringing the same level of operational excellence found in corporate spaces to minority-owned, creative, and mission-driven businesses. Urban Ops was born from that collision of passion and purpose: the belief that great ideas deserve sustainable solutions.

What makes my approach distinct is the balance of operator and creative. Alongside my operations work, I am also a Corporate Marketing Designer with expertise in graphic design and corporate branding. I understand not only how to build systems that scale but also how to shape the visuals, storytelling, and brand presence that position a business to thrive in competitive markets.
